A) Custom Art Prints and Limited Editions: As these are works created specifically for each order, no refunds, modifications, or exchanges will be possible once production has started.
All confirmed orders are final and binding.
We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing it.
B) Customized Prints: Any order containing a specific choice of size, medium, or framing is considered a custom order and cannot be returned or refunded.
If your order arrives damaged or if there was an error on our part, we will replace the print at no additional cost, subject to the following conditions:
Steps to follow in case of damage or error:
1/ Report the issue within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email to: [Contact Form]
2/ Attach proof: photos of the damaged print, packaging, and tracking number.
3/ Validation of your request: We will review your case and inform you of the next steps.
4/ Replacement: If the claim is accepted, we will proceed with sending a replacement print at no extra charge.
Please Note: Any claims made more than 48 hours after receipt will not be accepted.
All our prints are carefully packaged to ensure optimal protection during transit.
Order Tracking: We ensure the secure delivery of your order until it is received. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped from our workshop.
Delivery Responsibility: Once the package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or theft.
