TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

PRICES

All prices on my website are in Euros and inlcude all taxes (except customs and import fees). 

The prices showed in the online shop are indicated in Euros, net amounts, all taxes included. Please note that all products sold by Thierry Suzan Photography via the online shop are not subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), whether they are destined for the French market or any other foreign mark.
For all purchases where the delivery address is located in a country other than France, the shipping costs mentioned only include the cost of packaging and the cost of the carrier’s service. They do not include any eventual taxes and customs clearance fees that the country for which the goods are destined may charge. The buyer is requested to check with the customs authorities of the destination country to evaluate these costs.

 

ORDER

All orders for art prints are final and cannot be modified or refunded once production has started!

No refunds will be possible for limited editions.

Each sales are final !

Due to the high costs of production, packaging, and shipping, we kindly ask you to carefully review your order before finalizing it.

Once confirmed, all orders are final.

We guarantee the proper delivery of your order until you receive your products.

 

AVAIBILITY

Our obligation to deliver shall be void in the event of failure or non-compliance with delivery dates on the part of our own suppliers and insofar as we are not responsible for such unavailability. In the event of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

 

PAYMENT

Payment is possible directly on my website with Credit Card (VISA and MASTERCARD) thru a 3D secure payment system handle by Stripe.
Payment by wire transfer is possible and preferred for larger amount such as limited edition print order and/or order including several prints or items.

SHIPPING

Limited Edition Print:

Limited Edition prints are produced once your order is placed and will ship out as soon as production time is finished.

Production time :
– Fine Art Paper Print : 3/5 days
– Framed Print : 7/10 days

Shipping for Europe and USA : 
3/5 days for books and paper prints and 5/7 days for framed print.

Shipping to the rest of the world is possible please reach out to us by filling out the form here : Contact Form

Fine Art paper prints will be carefully rolled, protected, and packed in shipping tubes.
We highly recommend taking your print to your framer upon receipt and avoiding any handling.

Framed photographs are securely protected and shipped in sturdy, protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

All my art prints are shipped with insurance and a tracking number.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

International orders are subject to customs and duty charges, depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival to the local administration by the buyer and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.

CUSTOMS FORMALITIES AND DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties and other import taxes. These fees are not included in the purchase price and will be the customer’s responsibility upon arrival at the final destination.

For customs procedures, please check for any specific regulations applicable in the destination country.

Check the condition of the delivered goods immediately upon delivery to exclude any obvious material or manufacturing defects, as well as any damage caused during transport.

In accordance with the law, you are required to report any defects or anomalies affecting the delivered goods so that we can address them.
